ABOUT PROJECT

WILMA is a UK-based software company providing a vertically integrated vehicle recycling management platform. Their suite includes lead management, parts and yard management, eBay automation, customer service tools, warehouse operations, and driver scheduling.
Despite having strong technology, their website suffered from misaligned design, confusing navigation, and limited visual engagement. While the product was powerful, the digital presence didn’t reflect WILMA’s innovative and sustainable brand values.


Project Scope & Goals

Initial Issues Identified:
Outdated layout and lack of visual hierarchy
Navigation spread across too many sections, making it difficult to understand solutions quickly
Content-heavy pages with little emphasis on business value
Calls-to-action (Book a Demo) not clearly positioned
Limited animation and interactivity
Poor mobile optimization
Minimal integration of engagement tools (chat, WhatsApp, testimonials)

Deliver a sleek, tech-driven redesign using Wix Studio
Build around the current color palette to preserve brand identity while elevating the modern aesthetic
Introduce high-quality visuals and subtle animations for better engagement
Restructure navigation for intuitive browsing
Rewrite content to emphasize benefits, operational efficiency, and industry leadership
