ABOUT PROJECT

Heidenreich Consulting, a leading provider of coaching and professional development programs in Germany, approached Davydov Consulting to address critical usability, accessibility, and conversion issues on their Wix website. The site—focused on authentic leadership, career success, and personal growth—needed a modern, responsive, and conversion-optimized design.
Davydov Consulting delivered a full-spectrum redesign, dramatically enhancing mobile and desktop experiences, boosting SEO, and streamlining all key functionalities. The project achieved all goals, resulting in measurable increases in user engagement, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.

Project Scope & Challenges
1. Mobile & Tablet ResponsivenessIssues Identified:
Overlapping elements and broken layouts on non-desktop devices.
Headers and footers misaligned or missing on mobile.
Text unreadable; large white spaces and inconsistent padding.
Unresponsive forms and video content.
Solutions Implemented:

Typography: Established a hierarchy with max three text sizes; set standard paragraph size to 16px for readability.

Insufficient color contrast (especially yellow-on-white).
Missing or inadequate alt text for images.
Non-clickable phone numbers; forms not keyboard accessible.
Navigation and dropdown menus not accessible via keyboard.

Color Audit: Refined the brand’s yellow palette for WCAG-compliant contrast. Reduced the number of yellow shades; established primary and accent colors for accessibility.

5. Webinar & Video Experience (Wix Video)Issues Identified:
No clear title or context for video content.
Pop-up/CTA features missing or intrusive.
Countdown timers not present for urgency.
Solutions Implemented:
Video Sections: Each webinar/video now features a clear section title, summary, and benefit statement.
Pop-up Integration: Deployed non-intrusive, time-based pop-ups to prompt registration or purchase before video ends.
