ABOUT PROJECT

Gold Line Tours is a luxury tour company in Dubai offering high-end private excursions, desert safaris, yacht charters, and elite experiences tailored for VIP clients. The client approached Davydov Consulting with the need to modernize their website, make it fully dynamic and multilingual, and align it with the expectations of a premium, mobile-first international audience.
Our role was to redesign and rebuild the entire site on Wix, focusing on scalability, interactivity, multilingual support, tour upselling, and CRM integration — all without sacrificing speed or usability.

What We Did
1. Built a Dynamic Tour Catalogue with CMS Integration
We started by designing a robust tour catalogue system using Wix database collections. This allowed Gold Line Tours to manage their content — including titles, descriptions, durations, images, videos, prices, and vehicle options — directly from the backend, without ever needing to touch the design.
Each tour card is dynamically populated and includes:
Tour title and summary
Duration (e.g., “10 hours” or “3 days”)
Available vehicle options (like Mercedes S-Class, SUV)
Price per vehicle
Interactive media gallery (image or video)
A prominent “Book Now” button linked to the custom form
This system provides full flexibility, allowing the admin to add, remove, or edit tours in real-time.

2. Added Optional Services as Upsell Features in Booking
To increase average customer value, we implemented an upsell mechanism within the booking flow.
Clients booking a tour can now add premium services like:
Yacht Cruises
Fishing Trips
Professional Photo Sessions
Luxury Vehicle Rentals
Tickets and Event Access
These services appear as checkboxes or dropdown menus, and the pricing updates dynamically based on what is selected. All selections are captured and stored in the database to help with:
Invoice creation
Resource allocation
Customer personalization
This setup encourages clients to enhance their experience while seamlessly increasing revenue per booking.

3. Designed an Interactive, Mobile-First UX
Understanding that many users would access the site from mobile devices or while traveling, we put heavy emphasis on mobile responsiveness and a smooth user journey.
We implemented:
Anchor-linked scroll navigation for the one-page layout
Smooth section transitions
Interactive hover effects on tour cards
Dynamic filtering options (e.g., “Day Tours”, “Night Tours”, “Special Tours”)
Clean typographic hierarchy for readability on any screen size
This responsive design enhances engagement and helps drive conversions from mobile traffic and social media campaigns.

4. Delivered Full Multilingual Support (EN, RU, SR)
To support their growing international audience, we integrated Wix Multilingual and structured the site to support English, Russian, and Serbian.
Key elements we translated and localized:
Homepage sections
Tour titles and content
Booking forms and dropdowns
Automated email confirmations and responses
Legal and contact information
We ensured that translations were manually localized — not machine-generated — to maintain credibility with their high-end clientele. A language switcher was added to the top bar, allowing visitors to change languages without losing their place.

5. Integrated WhatsApp and Wix CRM for Direct Communication
Gold Line Tours relies on fast and personalized communication. To meet this need, we integrated WhatsApp directly into the site using a floating button widget, which opens a pre-filled message that the user can send instantly.
In addition, we set up Wix Ascend CRM to:
Automate confirmation emails after booking
Send reminder emails before the tour
Request reviews and feedback post-tour
Build and segment mailing lists (e.g., new vs. returning clients)
All communications are tracked, centralized, and personalized — giving the Gold Line Tours team a clear view of each client’s journey from inquiry to post-tour.

6. Rebuilt the Homepage as a One-Page Landing Experience
We restructured the entire site into a single, highly optimized one-page layout that flows naturally and encourages bookings. The one-page structure is especially effective for ad campaigns and mobile traffic.

Each section is accessible via the anchor menu and designed to load quickly and scroll smoothly, improving usability and engagement.

Outcomes
After launch, Gold Line Tours saw a significant improvement in both customer engagement and internal management capabilities. The site is faster, more scalable, and fully manageable by the in-house team — with no need for design edits when updating content.
Users now stay longer on the site thanks to better UX.
Tour bookings have increased, particularly from mobile users.
WhatsApp inquiries grew rapidly due to instant access.
Add-on services are being used by a substantial portion of clients.
The admin team is now empowered to manage tours and services easily.

The Gold Line Tours project was successfully completed and launched by Davydov Consulting with all features fully implemented, tested, and handed off. We built a future-proof, elegant, and revenue-driven website that aligns with the expectations of luxury travel customers and gives the business tools to scale confidently.
