ABOUT PROJECT
Expert360 was conceived as a prestige-driven verification platform for Polish businesses: closer in spirit to a curated guide than an open marketplace. The brief called for much more than a directory. It required a multi-role platform where verified companies could be discovered through advanced filters, publish updates and job offers, participate in a controlled community, and benefit from a trust-centered recommendation/reporting model.
Davydov Consulting approached the build as a structured Wix ecosystem rather than a single brochure-style site. The solution combined Wix Data Collections, Dynamic Pages, Velo custom logic, Members Area permissions, Google Maps functionality, editorial content modules, and planned SMS/QR-based trust workflows. The result is a brand-led digital product that translates a complex service model into a usable, scalable interface.
Business Goal
The primary objective of the platform is to build a trustworthy, premium directory and business ecosystem for verified Polish companies.
From a user perspective, the promise is to help visitors discover proven local firms and make more informed decisions based on quality and credibility rather than volume.
For businesses, the platform provides tools to gain visibility, publish opportunities such as jobs or events, and actively participate in a quality-driven professional network.
Operationally, the system is designed to enable Expert360 to manage verification processes, moderate content, control role-based access, and handle reporting workflows efficiently within the Wix environment.
Core Product Challenge
The brief was ambitious because it combined directory logic, content publishing, member communities, access control, maps, onboarding, confidential reports, and future CRM/API integrations. On Wix, the challenge was not whether each individual block could exist, but how to orchestrate all of them into a cohesive product architecture that remained manageable, scalable, and believable as a premium brand.
Supplied Scope, Interpreted as Product Architecture
The prestige verification concept is inspired by a Michelin-style curated guide, focusing on trusted companies across sectors. This defines the platform’s positioning, vetting logic, and premium tone.
Advanced search functionality includes filters by category, subcategory, region, and city, with future expansion in mind. This feature is central to discovery and overall platform utility.
Educational content is delivered through blog posts and tutorials covering entrepreneurship, marketing, and local business development. This adds authority, improves SEO performance, and encourages repeat visits.
The forum and group system is designed as an invite-only or role-based collaboration space for experts, with the option to expand access to logged-in users depending on the use case. This supports community engagement and retention.
User and company management differentiates between regular users, verified experts, and city offices, each with distinct permissions. This ensures quality control and proper access management.
The reporting system replaces public reviews with confidential issue reporting and QR-based one-time recommendations or reports. This creates a higher-trust alternative to traditional review systems.
Promotion tools allow experts to publish events, job offers, and nominate other businesses, transforming company profiles into active growth hubs.
Maps integration enables users to discover verified companies based on their location, with manual override options. This connects discovery with local relevance.
SMS verification via Twilio is used during registration to reduce fake accounts and improve overall platform trust.
Visual Direction and Brand System
The visual identity is minimal, strong, and aligned with a premium verification-focused platform. White and light gray establish a clean editorial foundation, while black ensures clarity and contrast. Vibrant blue acts as the primary call-to-action color, deep navy reinforces authority and trust, and soft blue provides subtle UI accents without weakening brand consistency.
White serves as the primary background, creating a sense of openness and premium simplicity. Light gray is used for contrast and card-based layouts. Black defines typography and key visual anchors. Vibrant blue highlights interactive elements such as buttons and active states. Deep navy anchors the brand’s authority, while soft blue supports secondary interface elements.
Typography Recommendation
The selected typeface direction supports a polished and modern interface without feeling overly corporate. It aligns well with the prestige-directory concept by balancing editorial authority with usability and neutrality.
Wix Stack and Technical Strategy
The platform is built on a structured technical stack within Wix. Data Collections are used for storing companies, categories, locations, tutorials, and other structured datasets. Dynamic Pages allow scalable rendering of company profiles and content templates.
Velo by Wix powers custom filtering, workflow logic, permission handling, and extensibility. Wix Blog supports ongoing editorial publishing. Wix Groups provides the foundation for community interactions, while the Members Area enables role-based access control.
Wix Forms combined with reCAPTCHA ensures secure data collection and reporting. Wix Events or custom event pages support publishing of events with admin approval workflows. Google Maps integration enables location-based discovery.
Twilio API handles SMS verification to strengthen trust during onboarding. HTTP functions and API connectors allow future integration with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Solution Architecture by Functional Area
The search and company discovery system acts as the backbone of the platform. Structured data collections store company information, while dynamic pages render scalable profile layouts. Velo logic enables advanced filtering with room for future expansion.
The blog and tutorial layer balances authority with user acquisition. Wix Blog handles standard articles, while structured collections can support more advanced tutorial systems.
The forum and group interaction layer is controlled through roles and permissions. Wix Groups provides the base, while Velo ensures access control and flexibility in how the community evolves.
Events and local office publishing allow city offices and administrators to share updates and initiatives. Approval workflows ensure that all published content aligns with brand quality.
The reporting and trust system replaces public reviews with confidential reporting. Users submit issues through protected forms, and administrators manage them via custom dashboards. QR-based reporting extends trust mechanisms into offline interactions.
Account logic separates regular users from verified participants. Expert and office accounts are controlled or approved by administrators to maintain platform integrity.
Maps and external integrations extend functionality by enabling spatial discovery and future CRM connectivity.
SMS verification through Twilio adds a strong anti-fraud layer by requiring phone confirmation during registration.
Delivery Complexity Handled by Davydov Consulting
The team translated a broad concept into a structured system of collections, roles, routes, and templates.
Permission logic was carefully designed to balance public access with protected areas.
Custom development via Velo enabled workflows and features beyond native Wix capabilities.
Trust systems such as verification, reporting, QR flows, and SMS onboarding were engineered to prioritize credibility.
The platform was also built with future scalability in mind, allowing for additional filters, integrations, and workflows.
Expert360 is a strong example of how Wix can evolve into a full-scale platform product when strategy, structure, and custom logic are executed correctly. The project demonstrates deep product thinking, from brand positioning to technical implementation, making it a compelling portfolio piece for Davydov Consulting.
